Imagine going through a deep theta meditative experience where the sound stimulates you as much as the brainwave entrainment does. Designed to be distinctive and creative five portals of consciousness is a masterful collection of unique musical compositions in a style and way that only theta realms can deliver. Relaxing Theta frequencies are the backdrop to this musical sound journey becoming a powerful tool for many creative applications such as creative focus, stress release in daily activity, deep theta meditation and most importantly the most adventurous theta music experience.
When creating this series special consideration was taken for a unique experience to be had.
Each soundtrack begins with portal one that always starts in a higher brainwave setting of beta usually around 12 - 13 HZ ramping down and working its way through the alpha range in till it hits portal two. This happens around the twelve minute mark when the brainwave settings change to a very different theta frequency setting that is usually felt by the physiological changes in the body which is now much more relaxed then when first started. Even an upbeat musical creation is a perfect carrier wave for these theta frequencies always delivering a more relaxed and ready state physically and mentally upon the transition to portal two.
Continuing to cruise at a specific theta setting, portal two ends at twenty four minutes where it dives deeper into theta and moves into portal three making another dramatic transition with the brainwave settings. This process continues through portal four which begins at thirty six minutes taking an even deeper dive into theta as the frequency settings change yet again.
Finally at around forty eight minutes the embedded brainwave patterns start climbing back up the scale where they will slowly reach 12 - 13 HZ when the soundtrack comes to an end at approximately sixty minutes.
This is the theta meditation adventure you have been waiting for where the music keeps changing and exploring its theme deeper and deeper always leaving a sense of freshness and excitement as the journey progresses. And the best part of all is that the brainwave settings change with each portals creating different effects with each experience.
My recommendation is always leaning towards a full session experience. This is done by lying down in a comforting and relaxing place where you can feel at peace and also not be distracted by people or outwardly activity. I also recommend good quality stereo headphones that you can use. Using headphones will increase the effectiveness of your session because it will block you out from outside sound that can distract you from your deep theta experience. Always remember that the volume level of your soundtrack should always be to your comfort. If it is too loud it can keep you alert and conflict with you going really deep into theta, it does not have to be loud to be effective.
A major point in having an effective experience is covering your eyes from the stimulation of day light or artificially produced light. Even when your eyes are closed light vibrations can still tickle the senses and conflict with your SOUND JOURNEY. So my recommendation is to cover your eyes in day time or with light sources that are on near you.
But you dont have to limit yourself to experiencing this soundtrack series only lying down. You can listen to it while doing daily activities such as chores around the house, creative works like art or creative writing in fact you can practice other forms of meditation while in motion like yoga, or any form of movement training. The theta settings within will help eliminate stress, troubling thoughts and allow more focus and creativity.
Whatever way you decide to listen to them you can expect and amazing brainwave sound journey every time.
